Meat processing plant “Dolina Noteci” Krzysztof Mrotek , location is in near Wyrzysk (Poznanskie Province) in the village of Polanowo , Poland.

The plant is surrounded by forests and lakes in natural and pollution free ecological environment.

 

The new plant was opened in the spring of 2005, however the family tradition and expertise for making excellent meat products have 45 years of practical experience.

 

The factory is a natural successor of family know-how and expertise taken from family own small butcher – sausage maker shop in near by village Gromadno.

The technical and technological procedures were noticed with applause at Food Exhibition Polagra in Poznan, Poland.

 

The meat processing plant is built on 3.7 hectares plot of land .The factory building has size 3700 m2. with 24hr fully monitored security and CCTV installations

 

The new design and “all in one” building structure, creates opportunity for maximum efficiency and speed for technological procedures starting right from the unloading of raw meat to the final products.

 

All the plant parameters are with accordance to the European Union food and health, safety standards for these types of outlets.

 

The transhipment of products within European Union is in place.

Production is based on Local domestic supplies from Polish farmers.

 

Apart from latest technological procedures, own family traditional recipes, the plant is equipped with latest modern machinery.

This whole package put “Dolina Noteci “among the best in Poland and creates excellent production capacities.

 

Big automated chillers, cold store rooms, smoke rooms plus vacuum pack lines give options for big selection and choice of products with large production capacities.

The capacity to process the raw meat per day is 80 tones and after that produce up to 45 tones ready for consumption and categorised different delicatessen products.

 

In addition our original outlet in Gromadno, extends the variety of our products to venison sausages made of wild boar, deer plus roasted wild boar, turkey and other

traditional country specialities.

 

We have our own shops, which sells our products supplied by our own vehicles. The number of shops is in constant increase to the satisfaction of our valuable clients.
